CITY University Malaysia accommodation offers a variety of options for local and international students.
CITY University Malaysia provides multiple accommodation options for its students, with safety and security being a top priority. There are three residential buildings to choose from: Damai Court in Puchong, Subang Bestari in Kota Damansara/Shah Alam, and Kasturi Edaman in Section 8, Kota Damansara.
Great importance is given to security in all residential buildings, which are managed by private security assigned to each. This provides a safe and reassuring environment for students, which contributes to a positive university accommodation experience.

Conditions for studying at the university
Admission requirements to City University Malaysia | |
For bachelor's degree applicants | Possess a high school diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 62% out of 100%. Stage A or Stage O certificate with a grade of 2 out of 4 or 50% out of 100% minimum. |
For applicants to master's degrees | Possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 2.7 out of 4 or 65% out of 100%. Note: Students with a BIM GPA of 2.5 to 2.7 may have a chance of taking admission if they have previous work experience. |
For PhD applicants | Possess a Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum grade point average of 2.7 out of 4 or 65% out of 100%. |
